Mrs. Cecile Simpson Carroll, 89, of
Norcross, died February 23, 1999 at her hoome. Mrs. Carroll was born on October
19, 1909 in Norcross, daughter of the late Harry and Addie Ross Simpson.
She was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church in Norcross, GA
and was active in UMW. Mrs. Carroll ran Carroll's Dairy for 20 years and
then retired from the State of Georgia in Vital Records where she worked for 23
years. She was preceded in death by her husand, Amos Richard Carroll,
1937, and her son, Harry Lee Carroll, 1996. The funeral service will be
held February 25, at Mr. Carmel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Boyd
Whaley officiating Intement will follow at the church cemetery. Survivors
include one son, Bill Carrolll and wife, Gretchen, of Dunwoody, GA; five
grandchildren, Deborah Stokes, Elizabeth Spinazzola, Mary Lynn Sepkowitz,
Richard Carroll, and Lee Carroll and five great-grandchildren, Gwendolyn and
Harrison Stokes, Isabell, Emma, and Amos Septkowitz. Crowell Brothers
