Joseph A. Webb, 58, of Lilburn did
Sunday. The funeral will be at 11 am today at Bill Head Funeral Home in
Lilburn, with burial in Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta. Mr. Webb, an
Atlanta native, was a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service with 39 years
of service. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of Rehoboth Baptist
Church in Tucker. Survivors include his wife, Sandra E. Webb; two
children, Joseph Scott Webb of Alpharetta and Staci Elizabeth Webb of Lilburn;
and seven siblings, Frank Webb of Atlanta, Harold Webb of Norcross, Tommy Webb
and Davis Webb, both of Dawsonville, Bill Webb of Auburn, Dick Webb of Lilburn
