15 Mar 1813 indenture between Francis Keene, attorney for Thomas Mauzey and his wife (not named), to William E. Beckwith, land assigned to Thomas Mauzey in the division of real estate of his father Peter Mauzey, described as Lot No. 1 containing 23 acres and 128 poles Wood Co. VA, Will Bk 2, pg 69 (577192) Dec 1821 Heirs of Thomas Mosey to Thomas Javins and Nancy Javins to the maintenance of 5 children heirs of said Mosey from 19 Dec 1814 to 4 Mar 1818 and 5 Mar 1818 to 5 Dec 1821 slaves belonging to heirs 1814-1818: Maintenance of Bridget, Jefferson, Jack, belonging to the heirs for some time. Nursing Charity for laying in with her infant. VA Deed - Indenture made between Thomas Javins and Nancy his wife to Thompson Simpson, undivided interest in a tract of land situate on Washington's Bottom in Wood Co. allotted to Eldizabeth Keene daughter of Francis Keene deceased as one of the heirs of the said Francis and of which tract of land the said Elizabeth died seized intestate without issue a part of which said land descended to the said Nancy Javins as sister of the said
