of William Keene, Senior, proved 16 Dec. 1806:
I William Keene Senior in the County of Fairfax
in the State of Virginia being sick and weke but of perfect mind and memory do
make this my last Will and Testement; and as such of my Estate whearwith it is
pleas God to bless me with in this Life I give and dispose the Same in the
following manner and form, Viz: the Land and Negroes that I have gave my
Children a Deed of Gift for they are to have them and the increase of these
Negroes thoses Children that has no Deeds of Gift is to have ther Negroes that
I gave them and there increase and there are not to brought in the Estate nor
nothing that I give them those Negroes that are hired out them and there hire
is to be brought in the Estate, all except Ned's hire I give to my son David
Keene for this year 1806 and the Negroes are to be put with the other Negroes
and all sold to hiest bider and the maney equally devied among all my Children
the Land called Dues Tract is to be divied equaly between James Keen and
William Keen and there Heirs forever. after my Decease my Son David Keene
I give my House and Orchard and all the rest of my Land be it more or less, to
him and his Heirs forever after my deceas I have been informed that
my Son James has accounts against the Estat. I think the Timber that he
has made use of the Land will sufficiently make compansate for all his demands
against the Estate and it is my desire that all of my property that I have not
mencined shall be sold to hiest bidder and equally divided among my
Children. I give to my Son William Keen Twenty pound which will be due
for Rent in 1805 and 1806. And lastly I appoint Frances Keen, James Keenn,
William Keen, David Keen Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

At a Court Continied and held for Fairfax County
the 16th Day of December 1806, This Last Will and Testament of William Keene
deceased was presented in Court by Francis Keene and James Keene two of the
Executors herein named, who made oath hereto, and the same being proved by the
oaths of James Burke and Richard Windsor Witness hereto is admitted to Record
and the said Executors having performed what the Law in such cases require,
Certificate is granted them for obtaining a probat thereof in due form.
