TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF NAPA COUNTY:
The undersigned workers of the bar of Napa County respectfully petition your honorable body to provide by Ordinance
for the application to Napa County of the provisions of the Act of March 31st, 1891, relative to the establishment of law libraries.
If a library be established, we will contribute toward its maintenance $1.00 for each proceeding or action filed by
us in the clerkâs office.
